We use gorgeous Australian kalamata olives, plump capers, fresh parsley and De Bortoli Wine’s Pinot Noir to make this beautifully rich pasta sauce. Simply mix through your favourite pasta, pour on chicken (a la cacciatore) or great as a pizza sauce.
